2. Custom-Made Items & Sizing Policy

• Final Sale: Once an order is placed, custom rings are considered non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a fulfillment error on our part or the item arrives damaged.

3. Order Cancellations

• After 24 Hours: Once 24 hours have passed, your order enters active production. Beyond this point, cancellations, size changes, or order modifications are no longer permitted.
