Secure Dispatch: You will receive a tracking number the moment your piece leaves our Hollywood, Florida studio. All shipments are fully insured and handled with the history of a Star Seller.

Satisfaction Period: Once delivered, you have a 7-day window to request an exchange if the fit or finish requires adjustment to meet our artisan standards.
